The heat exchange coil is made of high-quality seamless red copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins, formed by precision hydraulic tube expansion technology to ensure tight bonding between copper tubes and fins, greatly improving heat exchange efficiency and reducing energy loss. Matched with an optimally designed centrifugal wind wheel, it achieves more sufficient air disturbance and uniform air volume coverage (optional 340~2040m³/h), with fast cooling and heating response. It can quickly balance the indoor temperature, avoid local temperature differences, meet the comfort requirements of different spaces, and reduce operating energy consumption by 30%~50% compared with similar products.

Equipped with a single-phase three-speed permanent magnet capacitor-type asynchronous motor, the motor shaft is quenched, tempered and chrome-plated for rust and wear resistance, ensuring stable operation without abnormal noise. The fan has passed strict dynamic and static balance tests, and with the PE insulation cotton sound insulation design inside the fuselage, it effectively blocks operating noise with a noise level as low as 37~54dB(A). It is suitable for noise-sensitive places such as hospitals, hotel rooms and offices, achieving the dual advantages of quiet operation and high-efficiency heat exchange.

Adopting a modular design, the fuselage is lightweight, with simple installation of drain pipes and circuits. The left and right pipe connection and air return modes can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to on-site installation requirements, greatly shortening the construction period. The unit supports quick disassembly; the filter is made of washable nylon material for easy loading and unloading, and regular cleaning can ensure air quality. Each unit has passed 2.8Mpa high-pressure water leak detection, pressure resistance and insulation tests before leaving the factory to ensure leak-free and trouble-free operation. No professional personnel are required for later maintenance, with simple operation, reducing maintenance costs and downtime losses.
